• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of test scripts and management of defect resolution.
• Develop training materials and provide support to end-users during system deployments and updates.

• Define and maintain a robust environment strategy, including sandbox management, refreshes, and tenant mapping for Salesforce and Workday.
• Oversee the end-to-end deployment pipeline, ensuring that all code and configuration changes move through the environment stack without conflict.
• Implement and manage automated deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Workday Object Transporter) to improve speed and reliability.
• Coordinate data masking and seeding strategies to ensure developers and testers have high-quality, compliant data in non-production environments.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for production, collaborating with Scrum Masters, BAs, and Developers to resolve environment contention issues.
• Ensure all environments comply with organizational security standards, managing user access and monitoring system health across all instances.
• Track environment uptime and performance metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks in the release lifecycle.

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for Salesforce/Workday development teams.
• Proactively identify and eliminate "roadblocks" (technical, resource-based, or process-related) that hinder the team’s progress.
• Partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the backlog is healthy, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Utilize tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to track velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint health, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Guide the team on Agile best practices and self-organization, specifically tailored to the unique constraints of SaaS platforms (e.g., deployment cycles and sandbox limitations).
• Protect the team from outside interruptions and "scope creep" during active sprints.
• Collaborate with Environment Managers to align sprint goals with release windows and deployment schedules.

• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to extract data from large healthcare databases.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify inconsistencies, missing values, or anomalies in patient, billing, or clinical records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and automate recurring reports, ensuring accuracy in healthcare KPIs (e.g., patient outcomes, readmission rates).
• Perform source-to-target mapping for data migration or integration projects between different healthcare systems (e.g., EMR/EHR platforms).
• Monitor and optimize query performance to handle high-volume datasets efficiently.
• Ensure all data handling and analysis strictly adhere to healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA) and client-specific security protocols.
• Present data findings to non-technical healthcare administrators and clinical staff in a clear, concise manner.
