healthy, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
Utilize tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to track velocity, burn-down charts,
and sprint health, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Guide the team on Agile best practices and self-organization, specifically
tailored to the unique constraints of SaaS platforms (e.g., deployment cycles and sandbox
limitations).
Protect the team from outside interruptions and "scope creep" during active
sprints.
